• Communicate during the transaction process
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Measure which advertising leads to inquiries and completed transactions

Service providers receive the information needed to deliver the services described below.

Third-party services

Our website and chat infrastructure use Vercel and Convex. Chat messages are processed by AI service providers, including xAI to generate replies and Anthropic when a linked lead summary is generated. We also use Google Maps for location display and Google Ads for advertising measurement. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.

Advertising measurement

We may store campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in your browser to associate an inquiry with an advertisement. Our form attribution uses a 90-day window; expired identifiers are ignored. Browser records may remain until they are replaced or you clear your browser storage. When CRM conversion reporting is enabled, we send Google the click identifier, a transaction reference, the lead milestone and its time, and an agreed conversion value when configured. These CRM milestone uploads do not include your name, email address, phone number, or property address.

Our form attribution clears stored click identifiers when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or an advertising-attribution opt-out is recorded. An opt-out recorded with your inquiry also prevents subsequent CRM milestone uploads. Contact us at [email protected] to ask about advertising data use or an existing inquiry. Browser storage and CRM records have separate retention periods.

AI chat

The chat assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Messages may include personal information if you choose to provide it. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or copies of identity documents through chat.

Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to complete a transaction or respond to your inquiry. Stored chat sessions are automatically deleted after 90 days. Our service providers may apply their own operational retention periods. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us at [email protected].
